At Symmetric, we want you to feel confident and supported when registering for our courses.
The terms below are designed to be transparent, fair, and flexible, while ensuring that we can deliver high-quality learning experiences for all participants.
1.) Payment Terms
Symmetric, s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as “Symmetric”) requires full payment of the invoiced amount within 14 days of the invoice date.
If your internal policy does not allow a 14-day payment term, you may request an exception from your key account manager. All exceptions must be confirmed in writing, by email.
Please note that Symmetric reserves the right to refuse entry if payment has not been received before the start of the course and no written exception has been granted.
The registration fee includes course materials and a certificate of attendance.
2.) Cancellation by the Client / Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your participation, please notify Symmetric in writing, by email.
The following terms apply:
- Less than one month before the event – no refund will be issued.
- One month or more before the event – 50% of the total invoiced amount will be charged.
Failure to attend does not qualify for a refund or discount, and the full fee remains payable.
However, you may transfer your registration to another Symmetric course taking place within 12 months of the original date. Transfers can be made once only and are subject to availability.
3.) Cancellation or Postponement by Symmetric
In the unlikely event that Symmetric must cancel or postpone a course due to exceptional circumstances (including Force Majeure), you will receive a credit.
This credit can be applied to any Symmetric course within 12 months of the original event date.
4.) Force Majeure
Neither party will be held responsible for costs or damages caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to, acts of terrorism, industry disruption, acts of war, illness, natural disasters, and strikes.
In such cases, Symmetric reserves the right to reschedule the event or provide an alternative trainer.
5.) Governing Law / Dispute Policy
This contract is governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic (excluding its conflict of laws provisions).

6.) Participant Details
Participant details may be updated at any time before the course begins, at no extra cost.
